Paradise was a great little find! We walked to the beach a few times, walked to grab food, the room was nice, and my girl May was SOOOOO AWESOME! She was very helpful and is always cracking jokes. Highly recommend
Great location for skiing, just across the road from the village (5-7 min walk to gondola), near supermarket, restaurants and the lakefront. The owner is very hospitable, welcoming and accommodating, upgraded my room for free, made coffee in the morning, showed me around. I had a great time.
The service was 10/10. The lady who runs the place is super nice. It's not a fancy place but serves well its purpose. If you need a place to sleep for 1-2 days or do some ski in/out, I recommend. The location is great.
This place was a different experience from what we're used to. It wasn't bad but it wasn't awesome! It'll do. Very basic room. The price was right and the lady who runs the front office is very sweet. I did like the location, it's very central to everything. There's live music in so many areas nearby.... we love that!! I forgot to take pictures of our room. The toilet wouldn't flush the next morning so we didn't stick around.
Stayed here one night. The rooms are clean and accommodating. But the thing that sets this place apart is the management. The lady that runs the place is the best. Very nice and friendly and she makes good coffee! Next time I'm in Tahoe I will only stay here.. it was a great experience
Booked last minute through Expedia. Had forgotten to update my card information. Owner, who is an exceptionally grateful host, called to confirm my booking on a busy night to make sure I did not lose my room. Room was was cozy. Provided reading material to enhance visit. Breakfast provided even though not mentioned in amenities. Nothing is perfect or the host alone would have scored a 5. Highly recommend.
Amazingly clean and cozy! I was warmly greeted by the owner and provided with a cozy queen room. The room is SPOTLESS! And by spotless, I mean not a speck of dust anywhere. I’m traveling solo for work, but the room is surely big enough for a couple. Great size refrigerator and microwave in the room. Heater works great! Nice touches around the room, such as lights around the headboard and a wireless charging station. The bed is a CLOUD! It’s so comfortable, other than for work I really don’t want to leave the room. The location is perfect, the price is right and the owner is fantastic. Don’t think twice about making a reservation!
Cutest little motel in South Lake Tahoe! The manager is the sweetest lady, gave great recommendations and makes great coffee! Location is absolutely perfect, 3 minute walk to Heaven's Village and 10 minute walk to the beach. Very safe area as well. Would definitely stay again!
